Every Sexy Body Owns a Beautiful Bottom

A well-formed and shaped bottom is part of a beautiful, attractive body, both for men and the women. It can be designed with the methods of plastic surgery, volume and / or shape are modifiable and aesthetic results are easily achievable and will result in a boost in confidence.

Causes for the Decrease in Clamping Force at the Po

Causes of disproportionate buttocks are:

Congenital underdevelopment: In this case, the buttocks have always been like this.

Strong weight loss: At some point, the skin becomes too large relative to the reduced content, i.e. the fat removed.

Low training of the muscles there: The muscles there, especially the glutaeus maximus muscle, are weak.

Exercises and a Po Lifting bring the Slackened Ass Back into Shape

An unsightly buttock lacks fullness, shape and firmness.

However, a person can influence how the buttocks look: by training the muscles there, the most important being the glutaeus maximus muscle. There are special exercises that train the region and let it grow, a fitness trainer can help in that regard.

If this is not enough, plastic surgery can help.

Aim of the Treatment by Operative Post-Lifting

The aim of the buttock lift is a well-formed, full and firm buttock.

Course of Treatment

First of all: What we do not do is the so-called “brazilian butt lift” as this is done with implants. This means that foreign bodies are inserted in a region that is always colonised by germs, i.e. contaminated. Because: The anus is directly next to the surgical region. This means that the risk of infection is considerably higher. In our opinion, this is not justifiable for elective surgery.

How do we Proceed?

We offer three post-tightening procedures:

Tightening: The excess hanging tissue is removed and the buttocks are repaired. The incision is made in the gluteal fold, i.e. at a point where there is a step to the thigh anyway and the subsequent scar is not (or hardly) distinguishable from the step.

Enlargement by fat transfer: During the transfer of one’s own fat, fat is gently sucked off elsewhere, processed and injected into the buttocks.

A combination of buttock lifting and fat transfer: Such an operation takes place under anaesthesia, afterwards we would advise you to stay and recover for one night.

Follow-up Treatment

When our patients go home from the clinic, they get everything they need: Painkillers (little, it doesn’t hurt very much), my mobile number (just in case), good advice and a check-up appointment at the Privatklinik am Wittenbergplatz, Germany.

We check if everything heals properly and that you now have a well bottom.

After two weeks the stitches are removed, after three months the final result is achieved. you should be able to see a difference immediately after the procedure, but the subtleties take time.

If the buttocks are tightened, the scar must not be pulled so that it remains fine and inconspicuous. This means that the patient should bend the hip as little as possible, i.e. sit as little as possible.

If a post-lift is carried out, there are two risks: Wide scars and infection. The wide scar can be avoided by avoiding the sitting position as much as possible. The risk of a possible infection after a buttock lift is reduced by using antiseptic ointments after the operation and removing them before the operation.

During fat transfer, all the transferred fat never grows, a second transplantation is possible.

When is Surgery not Recommended?

Serious underlying diseases prohibit Po-Lifting. If the patient is very overweight, a good result will not be possible.
